Here is our first recipe “Corn capsicum sandwich“ which will take 25 -30 minutes to take a bite of it.

Ingredients: (For 2-3 people)

  • 1 cup boiled corn kernels

  • ½ cup chopped capsicum

  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper

  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp mint leaves

  • 2-3 chopped chillies

  • ¼ cup grated cheese

  • 2 tsp cream

  • Some bread slices

  • A cube of butter

  • Salt to taste


  1. In a bowl , mix the corn kernels,chopped capsicum, chopped coriander and mint leave well.

  2. Add finely cut chillies to it ,crushed black pepper and salt to taste. (You can add chilli flakes )

  3. After mixing it well , add the grated cheese and cream to it.( You can use mayonnaise too)

  4. Take one bread slice and apply butter evenly on it.

  5. Now spread the mixture on the slice and cover it with another piece of bread.

  6. Grill the sandwich for few minutes until it becomes crisp and golden colour.

  7. Remove it from the oven and cut into equal pieces.

  8. Your corn capsicum sandwich is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
