Top 15 Countries With Largest Gold Reserves

By  |  0 Comments

It has been calculated that all the gold reserved by the end of 2011 was almost 171,300 tons. At a price of US$1,500 per troy ounce, lead on 12 April 2013. One ton of gold has a worth of roughly US$48.2 million. The total value of all gold ever mined would exceed US$8.2 trillion at that estimate.

Still, there is no such accurate estimate how much gold mined till today. This is because gold has been mined for thousands of years all over the world.
