How To Make Chicken Mayonnaise Salad

Most of us love chicken dishes or anything made with chicken. But is it healthy to eat those dishes frequently which are oily and full of spices? Definitely not! So here we bring you an unique chicken recipe named “ Chicken Mayonnaise Salad ” that is healthy as well as nutritious. You can have it during breakfast, lunch or as a snacks item.

Let’s start then.


2 chicken breasts
8 french bread
2-3 tsp mayonnaise
2-3 bay leaves
5-6 black pepper
1 chopped small onion
1 chopped capsicum
½ cup corn kernels
2-3 tsp yogurt
Coriander leaves
½ tsp Black pepper powder
Salt as required


Heat 4-5 cups of water in a pan.
Add chicken breasts , bay leaves and peppers and cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes.
Now drain away the water and take the chicken breasts in a bowl.
Tear it roughly all over it.
Add chopped onion, capsicum , corn kernels and mix well.
Now add mayonnaise and yogurt to it.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder over it and mix it properly.
Now chicken mayonnaise salad is ready.
Take french bread slices and put chicken mayonnaise over it and garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves on it.

Your healthy chicken mayonnaise salad is ready with goodness of bread and chicken.
